Members Complete 2nd Live Burn Session of 2026

15 Members of the TVFD ventured to the WCFDTC to complete the 2nd live fire burn training day of 2026. Once arriving, the crew took a tour of the facility, reviewed the rules and regs and got to work. Multiple Evolutions were performed on the 1st, 2 and 3rd floors of the structure including basement fires. While Interior firefighters sharpened their skills, Exterior and Junior firefighters worked on donning turnout gear, SCBA, stretching lines, and their duties on the fire scene. We would like to thanks James W. from 3.61 Media for coming along and getting a glimpse into the fire service and what goes into being a volunteer Firefighter, as well as all the members who dedicated most of their day to training.
