This evening, TVFD member enjoyed our annual membership appreciation dinner at the Holiday Inn in Morgantown. Members enjoyed hors d’oeuvres during social hour and a full meal followed by an awards ceremony.
The following awards were given out this year:
Firefighter of the year: Josh Stewart

Fire Police of the year: Cameron Whiteman

Junior Firefighter of the year: Emmett Ponsell

Michael D. Romig award (given to a firefighter that goes above and beyond in the station) : Darryl Romig

Kathleen Finio Award (given to a support member who goes above and beyond in non firefighting activities) : Mellissa Englander

Business of the year was presented to Jared McEwen Construction for always helping out with maintenance problems at the station!

Past President Robert Gebhardt was presented with a plaque to thank him for his many years of service as President of the department.
