By Deputy Fire Chief Corey Hostetler
July 27, 2010

At 7:22 PM, the Twin Valley Fire Department was alerted for Ladder 69 to relocate to Lancaster County Station 3-9 (New Holland). Ladder 69 responded with a crew of six, where they were joined with Lancaster County Engine 3-12-1 (Terre Hill).

New Holland firefighters were tied up with a working fire, along with other local departments. With a lack of truck companies in the area, we were sent west. Upon the return of 3-9 members, TVFD firefighters assisted the New Holland with getting apparatus back in service.

Ladder 69 returned at 9:00 PM.
