Accident Assist in West Nantmeal

At 3:50pm, TVFD was dispatched for an engine to assist Station 48 (Glenmoore FC) at an automobile accident on Millard Road in West Nantmeal. Assistant 48 (P. DeCarlo) arrived confirming a two vehicle accident, and requested a medic unit due to an occupant with a possible head injury. Engine 69-1 arrived and the crew assisted the GMFC crew with roadway debris cleanup and vehicle hazard control. A second ambulance was requested by command for an additional patient, bringing a unit from Station 87 (Uwchlan EMS). TVFD crews were released from the scene, and returned to the Twin Valley area.
