At 12:32am, TVFD and EMS were dispatched to an auto accident at Route 401 and 82 in Elverson. Responding units were advised of vehicle that possibly rolled several times now reported to be on Route 401 just west of Route 82. One subject possibly left the scene and another had a head injury, upgrading the assignment to add a medic unit. Ambulance 89-1 arrived on location confirming the report and began assessing the patient's injuries. Rescue 69's crew secured the vehicle and removed debris from the roadway. Fire police safely controlled traffic through the area throughout the incident. The patient was taken to a local hospital for treatment, while fire crews remained until removal of the vehicle and completion of the police investigation.
